1. About these terms

These terms apply to Airidale Idle, the browser game operated by Airidale (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at idle.airidale.net, including its practice mode, leaderboards, and public cell pages. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Airidale’s Minecraft server, store, Discord community, and other linked services may have their own rules and terms.

2. Age and accounts

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required by your country and your sign-in provider. If you are not old enough to enter into these terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them with you.

Use an account you are authorized to access, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your mine without permission. Discord and, when available, Google provide sign-in; their own terms also apply.

Your public miner name must not impersonate someone else or include hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful content. Avoid putting private information in it.

3. Fair play

You may play the game for personal entertainment. Please do not:

• Exploit bugs, tamper with requests or saved data, or use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage. The game’s built-in idle and automation features are allowed.
• Bypass security controls, rate limits, or account restrictions; access another player’s account; or disrupt the game or its services.
• Harass other players, publish their private information, or use the game for unlawful activity.
• Sell or trade accounts, game currency, or virtual items for money or anything of value outside the game.

Report bugs and suspected abuse to support@airidale.net. Please avoid sharing exploits publicly before we can address them.

4. Progress and virtual items

Airidale Idle is free to play. Cash, ore, Souls, Scrap, upgrades, decorations, and other game rewards are virtual gameplay features. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and do not give you ownership of any real-world property.

Online progress is associated with your sign-in account. Practice progress is stored in your browser and can be lost if you clear its storage or change devices. Practice progress does not transfer to the online leaderboard.

We may rebalance features, correct invalid progress, change rewards, or reset data when needed to maintain the game. Updates, outages, and errors can affect saved progress; we cannot guarantee that every save can be recovered. The in-game Reset progress action permanently clears the progress described in its confirmation.

5. Game content and public profiles

The game’s branding, artwork, writing, and software belong to Airidale or their respective owners and licensors. These terms allow you to use them as part of playing the game; they do not transfer those rights to you. Separate open-source and asset licenses continue to apply.

You allow us to store and display your chosen miner name and customization to operate the game, including its leaderboards, public cells, and sharing previews. Your public name and cell can be viewed by other people. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Availability and account restrictions

We may change, pause, or discontinue features or the game. We may restrict accounts or remove names and progress to address violations, cheating, security risks, or legal requirements. Contact support if you think a restriction was a mistake.

You can stop playing at any time. To request deletion of your account or game data, follow the privacy request instructions. Resetting progress or signing out does not delete your account.

7. Our responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or preservation of progress. To that same extent, Airidale is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the game.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the game changes. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the game or its update notes; any notice or agreement required by law will be provided before those changes apply.
